Align the two pre-drilled holes on the plate with your ceiling surface, spacing them 60 mm (2.36 inches) apart. Drill the holes and secure the plate using the included wall anchors and screws. Insert two fresh AA batteries (1.5V each) into the compartment, ensuring correct polarity alignment (+/-). Finally, twist the detector clockwise onto the mounted plate until it locks firmly into place.

A beep every 55 seconds signals a low battery warning. You will also notice the red LED indicator flashing once with each beep. Replace both AA batteries with new ones as soon as possible to maintain uninterrupted fire protection and ensure your device continues monitoring around the clock.

First, download the free "Smart Life" app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Connect your phone to a 2.4GHz WiFi network and ensure Bluetooth is enabled. Long-press the test button on your Sirenova detector for 5 seconds until the LED begins flashing.
